FAQs About Selling Your LEGO®

Do you accept clone brands such as Cobi, Mega Bloks, etc?

No. We only accept genuine LEGO® parts/sets in good condition. If you are sending us loose LEGO®, any non-LEGO® items we find will be removed and not counted towards your final weight. We strongly recommend you remove any non-LEGO® items before shipping.

What's the process for selling Loose LEGO®, DUPLO® or complete LEGO® sets?

It's a really easy five step process!

  1. Complete the Sell Your LEGO® form
  2. We email you a pre-paid postage label (or you can choose to drop off to us in store)
  3. Package your items well and drop them off at your local Post Office®
  4. Once we receive delivery (usually within two working days after dispatch) we will check your items to make sure everything is as described
  5. After the items have been checked by our team, we'll email you to confirm the price we will pay. If you accept the price, payment will be made by the end of the same day. (If you choose to reject our offer you will have to pay shipping costs to have your items returned. This will be calculated from the weight of what needs to be returned.)

Please note that during particularly busy periods such as public holidays it may take a little longer to process your LEGO® items.

How much do you pay per kilogram?

We offer different rates depending on what you're looking to sell. The rates we pay can change depending on our demand. Please check our Sell Your LEGO® form for our current rates.

How do I get paid?

We offer payment by bank transfer, PayPal or store credit.

When will I get paid?

We send payment to your preferred payment method the same day you confirm you're happy with the final amount being offered (usually within 48 hours of us receiving your loose LEGO®/DUPLO® and within 24 hours of us receiving your complete LEGO® sets).

I want to sell loose LEGO®, do you only accept basic LEGO® bricks?

No! We accept all genuine LEGO® parts of all shapes and sizes in good condition, including but not limited to: Technic/Bionicle parts, train parts, doors/windows/wheels, baseplates, minifigures, bricks, electrical components (battery boxes, motors etc) and so much more!

I'm local, can I drop my items off myself?

Please make sure as many non-LEGO® items have been removed as possible before dropping off your mixed LEGO®, If we believe there to be an excessive amount of items that do not meet our terms, we may reject your drop off.

If I'm not happy with the final value of my loose LEGO®, how do I get it back?

If you are unhappy with the final value of your loose LEGO®/DUPLO®, due to us having to remove non-LEGO® items, or you have simply changed your mind, we will return everything you sent to us.
