Refund policy

We do not offer refunds, cancellations or returns for any items worth £42 or less. For all other items, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after it was delivered.

If your order is to be returned, please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You must return the order within 14 days of notifying us that you'd like to cancel. We will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving your return. 

If your order is returned to us and you chose express delivery at checkout, we will only refund the cost of standard shipping. 

Some items on our store are second hand - please read descriptions carefully for any known imperfections (e.g. slightly damaged boxes) in advance of your order as we won't offer refunds for products with pre-disclosed damage.

We do not offer refunds or returns for orders from businesses.
